Long Island EMDR

I can't say enough about my experience at Long Island EMDR. As a working mom balancing a demanding career and being a full time mom I was constantly overwhelmed and burnt out. They gave me practical tips I could actually apply to my everyday life both at work and home. Truly changed my life!

If you want your typical "how was your week?" therapy, go elsewhere because you won't find that at Long Island EMDR. But if you want to be listened to with empathy and compassion, validated for your experience, AND challenged to grow by facing your thoughts and memories that keep you feeling down, consider this practice. Jamie and her team are all excellent, skilled therapists.

Jamie and her team are the most supportive group of therapists I've ever met. I've had contact with many different providers over the years and I am constantly amazed and encouraged by them and their constant commitment to clients and colleagues alike!

Jaime is absolutely amazing. She is kind and caring and compassionate about her clients . She truly cares for each and everyone and goes above and beyond for them . She truly listens and is a great advocate. I am so happy I found her for my daughter. And even though I myself was not her clients she listened carefully to my concerns with my daughter and helped me as well. I can't say enough about Suffolk Family Therapy it's a great place and all of the therapist there are amazing and truly do care and listen they definitely make you feel heard and they all do it with such care and compassion.
