What an amazing store. Prices are competitive with online Giants however the personal attention, the professionalism and the friendliness is what makes this a winner. I am so thrilled to have found a local brick and mortar store that carries high-quality products at reasonable prices. I can’t say enough good things about this store or about Lisa the owner.
A beutiful shop, with fine collection of outdoors gear owned by a wonderful lady ( Lisa) that gives her soul to her job and costumers, and while doing so, gives some great nature education for the kids.
It is undoubtedly a pearl, and next to the shop a really good coffee shop to.

Lisa and her store have been great for anyone who loves the outdoors for many years. Since the move to Hurleyville the store has seen less business but probably engaged more people. Her selection of books is especially great compared to pretty much any other outdoor store and goes far beyond guides and maps to more in-depth books on nature and the outdoors. She also rents and lends equipment to help people get out in the area and hosts events as well. If you're in Hurleyville and interested in the outdoors at all be sure to drop by the store.
What a nice store. Plenty of inventory that's not overwhelming. The displays are nicely placed and easily found. The owner was not only well knowledged but very enthusiastic about her products. She offered demonstrations and was very attentive. A really great store.
