Pharmacist Marzuq is truly outstanding! Every interaction is marked by professionalism, kindness, and deep knowledge. Whether it’s explaining medications, offering personalized advice, or going the extra mile to ensure everything is clear, Marzuq consistently delivers top-tier care. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to patient well-being. I always leave feeling informed and confident in my treatment. Thank you, Marzuq, for being such a trusted and compassionate healthcare provider!
Frank the owner explained that the pharmacist had a death in the family and they had to close suddenly. Frank was willing to come and personally deliver my prescription at 8pm. I appreciate him for taking accountability and trying to problem solve. I will continue to come to this pharmacy in the future because he reassured me that helping people is his main focus.
This is the worst pharmacy in my opinion. I am currently so sick and did a telehealth appointment while at work to get some meds. I had the doctor send the meds to the pharmacy. I called to confirm they received it and told them that I would come pick it up at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and they were closed. Gate locked up and everything. Ghost town like no one had been there for hours. This is about the 5th time this has happened to me. I can’t get my medication anywhere else tonight because my doctor is now closed and cannot send it to another pharmacy. So another night of suffering until they open hopefully at 10AM. But who knows honestly. I am so confused here. Are yall here to help sick people really? It is so unprofessional. Let’s not even talk about how the inside of this pharmacy looks. Broken shelves and broken chairs. Come on! Or let’s not talk about the amount of times I have received attitude on the phone. I don’t care about delivery services you provide if you cannot even be open during the hours you say you are going to be open for. I stood there for 20 minutes just to see if they would open. They did not open.
I had to update this, I was originally upset I didn’t get my delivery and had stomach pains all weekend but last night they came and dropped it off when they said next day, I was super grateful i’ve just been suffering with pain for months I wanted to begin the steps to resolve this. thank you frank for personally reaching out to me and apologizing and making this right. I appreciate you & also appreciate the delivery service as well, and i’m sorry for my original bad review. frank is a good manager for reaching out trying to fix this. most people in healthcare nowadays just don’t care
Update 12/2: Frank, the manager reached out to me, and handled the situation gracefully. His team refunded the medication that I didn't request for as mentioned in below
Original review
Told them my insurance doesn't plan doesn't participate with them anymore and I don't want anything to deal with them.
They sent me a new prescription with no direct confirmation. The delivery person didn't even give it to me directly so I couldn’t reject it. Just left it at my door and had to pay for it when I didn't need it.
