Simply Sushi in Monticello is absolutely amazing! The service was top-notch — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I had an amazing experience at Simply Sushi! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a clean, modern vibe that made it the perfect place to sit back and enjoy some incredible food. The sushi was super fresh and beautifully prepared — every bite was bursting with flavor. I especially loved the spicy tuna roll and the salmon nigiri — both were outstanding!
The staff at Simply Sushi were friendly, helpful, and made great recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to try. Service was fast and the whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable.

The food here is honestly amazing. You can really taste the freshness in every roll, and the flavors are on point. Everything was well made and super satisfying. Definitely some of the best kosher sushi I’ve had.
This is the best sushi . I went with 4 people and we were all amazed with the incredible quality of the sushi. I am not some stupid bot that writes reviews for money. I am an actual customer who visited this establishment and was so impressed that I am taking the time to write this review. The sushi is incredible. The value is awesome. The variety is exquisite. The drinks are delectable . Seriously . Go visit this establishment and tell me i am wrong with my assessment. I dare you :)
