Place is awesome ! Lumber is definitely premium. And is better then any lumber I’ve seen from any other lumber yards. I bought 10 sheets of finished birch ply wood very beautiful stuff. Was almost half the price of Depot and Lowe’s. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Great local lumber yard to use! My partner and I are doing a deck in Ellenville, but aren’t from here. I’m glad I searched up lumber yards near me and found Slutskys. I’m used to lumber yards charging higher than the big box stores, but the pricing here is competitive. John was very helpful, and was able to get 60 deck boards and other lumber delivered same day!

In Summer 2020 I rebuilt 500sqf of decking and I compared both prices and lumber quality to three local lumber mills, as well as Ace Hardware and Home Depot. Slutsky's was by far the best quality (with the least amount of defects I've experienced in years) and delivered the lumber to my door. His deck screw prices also cannot be beat. I'm very happy with how things turned out!
