I could not say enough great things about TSA. No matter what level, ability, or age, Lou is a phenomenal teacher and mentor for all of his clients. If you want to start seriously training to become a better athlete or live and maintain a healthier lifestyle, TSA is the perfect place to start.
TSA fitness is a great place to work out.
This is not a typical gym where one can stop by whenever and pump iron on some machines.
Coach Lou Torres creates focused workouts that are done as a group. He has years of training experience that he applies to each member of his gym. It’s like having a personal trainer in a group setting.
Over the months of training at TSA I’ve gone from flabby to fit. When I need help with a little motivation, Lou has seen it before. When I had pain in my hip, Lou helped me strengthen and overcome my weak spots.

TSA is the perfect place to workout. Lou is so knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions for you. He is also great at breaking down exercises and explaining the “why” behind them. He also does a great job of creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. My favorite part is no matter what class I show up to, I always feel a part of a team.
I can't say enough good things about this gym and the people who run it. Not everyone has the same workout goals but Lou and his team are dedicated to providing individual support each step of the way. Not only have I noticed changes in my strength and body since signing up about two months ago, but I truly have a great time when I am there. The workouts are fun and before I know it an hour goes by in a flash. They always see my potential beyond what I think I am capable of and challenge me in all of the right ways. Most importantly, I feel safe here as both trainers are committed to teaching proper form.
My son, Lenny has been training with Lou for the last 4 years. Training is a part of my son's life that he truly enjoys. Not only has it benefited him physically, but the experience has also matured him. Lou is a great educator and is really knowledgeable; always open to talk and discuss the next step in one's exercise routine. TSA is a must to consider for any athlete and adult. Job well done!
