The Urban Design team did a remarkable job with completely transforming the appearance of my 328xi Coupe. From the first day I walked in the shop to browse the many 3M wrap film color options, it went without saying that Tanner and his team are extremely passionate about their work. They provided me with thorough explanations of vinyl wrapping process and gave me their professional opinions, which made the process a breeze. While my car was being worked on at the shop, Tanner kept me updated with his thoughts/concerns, not because I asked, but because he values his customers and wants to make sure I had peace of mind during the process.

I was truly blown away with the transformation, and it's such a nice feeling having strangers compliment my car & have questions about the work that was done to it. After unexpectedly learning so much about the vinyl wrapping process, I can say that there are so many tedious and time-consuming steps that makes me have so much appreciation for it! I highly recommend Urban Designs! I wanted to chrome delete my Tesla Model 3, and after searching multiple places, Urban Designs had the most reasonable price. And after deciding to use them - boy, am I glad I did!

Tanner is just a good guy. Super down-to-earth, gets back to you quickly, communicative, and professional. Also, you can tell he is passionate about his job and proud of the work he does. It’s hard to find that these days.

And, needless to say, he did a fantastic job on my car. As you can see in the pictures, it looks amazing! I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I actually find reasons to just drive my car around now because of how good it looks.

The only “con” I can think of is that it took 3 days to do the work, so just be prepared to be without a car for however long it’ll take.

Also, Tanner wanted me to bring the car back in at some point just to check it out and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. And he would fix whatever it is he had to.

Again, great work and great guy! You know you’re gonna get your monies worth with Urban Designs.

Tanner and the team and Urban Designs wrapped a 2017 Subaru Outback in satin battleship grey for me. They also did a chrome delete and made some custom badge covers. Even more amazing then the end result was working with Tanner. He was in constant contact along the way his energy level is palpable. He was even more pumped for this project than I was! I felt comfortable leaving my car with them and the end result was spectacular!
