I had a great phone experience with Ms. Clark
She was very patient and outgoing. She made me super comfortable on the phone . It didn’t feel like an interview for wic, it felt like I was speaking to a friend a or family member.
    10/10 customer service

Amazing Staff members, everyone is very attentive and always helpful. When taking my kids, they are kind to them and very friendly, there is also a tv for them to entertain while we wait.

For some reason I thought tbehe process would be difficult and lengthy but from my first visit it has been rather smooth and very informative. The staff are welcoming and make you feel like you have a second family there helping you each step of the way. It's heartwarming the way they seat with you one on one and explain what they are doing along with answering your questions to the best that they can.
