We had a great experience here.
The house is beautiful, with a modern kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a spacious living room/dining area that is tastefully and comfortably furnished under a vaulted ceiling.
It's a short walk to the ferry, stores, and the beach.
We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor shower.
The outdoor space is spectacular, with lush and vibrant greenery, a nice sized barbecue grill, and privacy fencing.
We look forward to returning next year to what we consider a perfect spot.
We stayed at Xochimilco every season now for four years. We love the place which is equipped with everything from plenty of linens and towels to a Sonos system throughout the property. The house is also nicely decorated and we love the garden and the heated pool and hot-tub.
Fred & Ken are very attentive hosts, responsive and always available.

Beautiful, well maintained, fully stocked home in lovely location at Fire island Pines. The landscaped garden, pool and hot tub make for an idyllic place to relax and escape. All the details for a comfortable and enjoyable beach house have been considered and implemented by owners.
