An actual life saver. Frank, who works with this practice, traveled to my (new) regular dental office in south Jersey to sedate me via IV therapy due to terrible anxiety. I was in excruciating nearly intolerable pain however being awake for a procedure just wasn’t an option for me. Frank was so, so kind but didn’t treat me with kid gloves. He spoke to me with respect and like an adult but being sensative to the fact I was so nervous. He made sure I was physically comfortable in the chair and placed the IV first try. Frank advocated for me with the dental team while I was still awake making sure I was comfortable and at ease emotionally then fully sedated before any work was completed. I remember nothing, and that was the whole goal.
Sandy from mobile worked directly with my dental office to find a date that worked for both practices. All I had to do was call and leave a message. She called me back, asked what dentist I was using, and then contacted the office on my behalf. They scheduled the entire thing and then told me when to be there. I can’t explain as a patient how amazing this was. No he said she said, no middle man. They worked together to secure a date and take any additional stress off of me.
Dr Demarco ( from mobile anesthesia )called/texted me before hand and make himself available for any issues. He let me know who I would be meeting at the office including a name. This eased my nerves beyond measure.
If you live in south jersey and need dental work done I HIGHLY suggest contacting them to see which offices will allow them to come in. I used lakeview dental in Linwood and the professionalism for both practices can’t be matched.
Downside was they do not participate with insurance. This is NOT their fault, it’s a broken healthcare system. Call your ins company and see if you can submit a claim for reimbursement. This is your responsibility, not theirs.
Dr demarco is hands down the best anesthesiologist I've ever had (and I've unfortunately had a lot of surgeries). He is so kind, sweet and caring. He makes me feel comfortable and safe. He has an amazing bedside manner and always makes me laugh. He has helped me get through many dental surgeries! I will be getting yet another surgery on Monday and I wouldn't even think of having anybody else provide me with anesthesia. Thank you dr demarco. You rock!
Dr DeMarco was the best!!!! He explained everything before the procedure & really made me feel at ease. Thank you 😊
Dr. DeMarco was not only professional, but also very caring and compassionate. He discussed my procedure in easy to follow details. He also took into consideration other health issues I have and incorporated them into my care plan. When the procedure was over, he stayed with me and made sure I was made comfortable. I highly recommend De. DeMarco.
Dr. Anthony DeMarco came to my Hockessin Delaware Dental office of administer IV sedation for an extensive amount of dental work I was having done. I have EXTREMELY bad anxiety when it comes to dental work. I have to admit that I was a little trepedatious about a "mobile" anesthesia service, and so was my replacement hip surgeon who prescribed me copious amounts of antibiotics before the dental surgery. But Dr. DeMarco called me personally serveral days before the procedure. he gave me his cell phone number for any questions, any time. Upon meeting him, his calm and friendly manner set me at ease (well, as much as possible!). he explained everything in detail and admitted that even though I had experience with Propofal before, he was going to add an anti inflammatory and also some Fentanyl so that the effect didn't wear off so fast after. I was so afraid of waking up in pain with stitches in my mouth after, but he reassured me so well that this wouldn't happen. Upon placement of the IV, he was flawless. barely felt it! And the next thing I knew I was awake. I walked out of the office. Everything was a bit fuzzy for about four or five hours, which was PERFECT! I didn't want to feel the novacaine wear off. He REALLY knows his stuff. I was a very happy hypertensive dental patient in his hands!
