Floors were sticky, slept next to a stiff sock that wasn’t mine. Place smelled like hot pockets and mildew. The live music was great though.
This room, a sanctuary close to my heart,
Where the air hums softly with memories.
Tom Somerfield, like a quiet sentinel, leans by the sink,
A welcoming figure, steady and serene.
At first glance, two humble bunks, a simple bath—
But look closer, and the walls whisper secrets,
A world unseen, hidden in plain sight.
For those who chance upon this quiet refuge,
Have found the last harbor of joy,
A final stop where pleasure gently rests.
I enjoyed a great stay at The Somerfield & Bruni residents. Comfortable bed, tasteful oatmeal, and great variety of clothes stored in both dressers. I was pleasantly surprised by the free sample of Matthew Bruni’s cologne, smelled like him all day. However, I was rudely awaken at the middle of the night by Bruni himself saying “You know this isn’t an actual place to stay right? This is my bed to sleep in! Did you use my cologne?” Regardless I give it 5 out of 5 stars, 100% recommend!
You know it's been amazing; it's reminded me of the college dorm room experience, brought me back to the days of my college years. I think the owners have done a nice job making the atmosphere it seems like an environment to learn and to study and socialize.
This room has the best amusement attractions at this institution. The guitars add a pleasant aesthetic, complimenting the rustic tan walls of the room. The mercy of your room. The spacious dual bed configuration allows for plenty of activities, along with the dual desks with no clutter atop. The crown jewel being Tom himself, opening the door and gleaning into the deep blue eyes of Tom enlightens the moment, some would compare to the likes of heaven. Tom, oh Tom, it reminds me of the time I opened the door on Tom- that’s a story for another time. This room is the place to be if you want to add some jollification in your life.
