Wooow I got to say Manny was super Awsome, he helped me pick out my ring set for my hunny and was quick. No hiding behind the bushes stand u9 guy. Would Def see him again
First off, all of the ladies (and Manny!) are phenomenal! I’ve never had an unpleasant experience working with any of them. Even so, I’ve never had the pleasure of working with someone more than I did with Adrianna. Friendly, bright, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable all wrapped into one! I can’t thank her enough for helping me choose the right piece for my mother. She and her team are the reason I will be shopping at Kay’s for the foreseeable future!
At the Brass City Mall and went to Kay Jewelry and Melissa was so fantastic on helping me pick out a beautiful birthday gift for my wife. Attentive to detial and super sweet and kind to get me the best.
Melissa was fantastic! She let me try on all the engagement rings answered all my silly questions. She was helpful, gave great insite. And helped my fiancé pick out the most perfect chain. She did great!
Best customer service hands down. Friendly, very helpful and communicative. Always greet you with a smile. Been to many different Kays throughout CT from moving around but the Waterbury store at brass mill center is #1 in my opinion by a long shot. They’ve remained rock solid since I my first purchase back in 2014 with the same energy. This store is a big reason I remain a loyal customer.
