Not only is he an amazing craftsman but he makes you feel comfortable and respected in his store. He’s not pushy and he’s truly just a great guy. I messed up my engagement ring twice playing softball…totally on me…but Mike fixed it and asked for nothing in return. You won’t meet a jeweler as genuine as him anywhere. I broke the clasp on my chain and brought it to Mike for repair or replacement. He told me to leave it and he would see what he could do. Not only was he able to repair the clasp, the chain was so clean when he was finished I almost didn't recognize it.
