I️ don't understand the lowish rating. I️ have never had a problem with Dr G. He’s always professional and seems very sincere. It is quite easy to get what I️ need when I️ need it via email. Scheduling appointments has gotten super easy too as Cheryl takes texts and normally gets back to me within the hour. He is no frills so if you need someone to decide your care for you then maybe he’s not for you. Must do our own homework in regards to DMT but we should be doing that anyway.
I️ have been his patient since 2016 and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.
Side point but very important in my book; Dr G is very knowledgeable about atypical forms of MS.

Dr Guarnaccia is very easy to get ahold of by email. I was in a bad state with a previous doctor and Dr Guarnaccia has turned that around. Cheryl in the office is very receptive. Can get in to see the doctor on short notice. Visits are not cut short. He answers all my questions. The Infusion Center there is the best. The nurses are fantastic and very kind. The doctor listens and helps you to make the best decision about your care. Wouldn’t go any where else! Easy access to the office right next door to the Infusion Center.

Easy to make an appointment, even on short notice. The office manager Cheryl makes herself very accessible and is very kind and helpful, When I first started showing symptoms (after having been dismissed as hysterical/confused by Yale a couple of years prior, despite overwhelming risk factors), Dr. Guarnaccia saw me within the week. He’s not the most warm and fuzzy individual, but I was looking for someone who could accurately diagnose me and give me excellent medical care, not someone to “have a beer with” or so they say, and I found that in Dr. Guarnaccia. If you’re sensitive maybe the two of you won’t vibe, but I myself am very happy with the quality of care and his no bullsh*t attitude. I’ve also found him to be very understanding; we’ve based my treatment options off of a combination of what is best for me and what I can afford, which I’ve found is a rarity among medical practitioners. I highly recommend him, and the center, unless you’re someone who needs to be coddled, then maybe look elsewhere but I doubt you’ll find better care…and I was raised around neurologists my whole life.

Good medical service, but rotten beside manner. The doctor is short rude and doesn't give consideration for things. My sister is ADDHD and the doctor asked her a question and she has a hard time with information. He told her what you cannot answer a simple question. Also being ADDHD, she needs help and the doctor threatened to walk out of the appointment cause she contacted a person to try to help her understand what the doctor was talking about. He told her that if she was going to call someone that he was walking out of the appointment.
