We used SignPro to wrap our commercial truck doors and add vinyl decals to bumper. The placement of the vinyl was not aligned as I had hoped. They acknowledged the error and corrected it. Reviewing proofs is crucial which I had done, therefore I had reason to request the change. Their staff was courteous and prompt with responses. I would recommend them.

I would recommend seeking other options for your vehicle wraps. They did 2 of my fleet vehicles and I had bubbling and some peeling within a year. Seeing as I'm super busy and it's really hard to get the vans off the road I allowed time to slip by and soon those bubbles and peeling areas became bigger and bigger. I had another sign company that I was working for look the issues over and they pointed out several areas that are failing because of installation error. They wrapped contours and panels in the vans that should have been cut and covered with separate pieces. Those are the areas that of course started bubbling and peeling. I admit I contacted sign pro about this 3 years after the install, but the response I got from the company was appalling. They kept saying they can't do anything and blaming it on a 1 year warranty 3M gives. They took no responsibility for their errors at all and again kept hiding behind a 3M warranty that has nothing at all to do with the issue. They refused to repair it and we're trying to get me to pay for a brand new complete redo out of my pocket. I have been forced to bring a massive amount of fleet vehicles to another business to handle my van wrap needs and I'm learning the word amongst the industry is that this Sign Pro does sub par work and hides behind 3M and takes no responsibility for their actions..exactly how they have treated me. Go elsewhere and avoid a very poor job. Btw they are far more expensive than other much higher quality options.
