I've worked with Steve twice now. My first experience was as a renter and my wife and I liked working with him so much it was an easy decision to give him a call when we were ready to buy our first home. Steve was informative, courteous and patient with us as we narrowed down homes on some pretty specific criteria and requested repeat visits at properties. He was diligent in his research of the homes we saw and taught me a lot about home ownership in the process. We toured homes in several different towns and Steve was able to speak to each one and really helped us feel comfortable and informed about the community we could potentially become a part of. When it was time to offer he did an excellent assessment of the home's value and formulated an offer that was perfect for our goals. We just moved in to our new home and we could not be happier about it and the service we received from Steve. I highly recommend his services and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Working with Steve to buy our house was a pleasant and relaxed experience. Steve always brought a wealth of knowledge about the house, property, as well as potential of the property. He was always open and honest with us as buyers and was willing to learn about us as buyers and what we were looking for in a new home.
