Heart Center is a lovely community with a great variety of classes and fantastic instructors!
Checked out The Heart Center after a bit of a break from Hot Yoga. The Power Flow class was led by Cherise and there was an added bonus as the owner Graham participated as a student. They were both very welcoming and helpful. The environment was comfortable and the class was well led. Progressions were provided which allowed me to choose the intensity I was seeking for the day. The heat level was spot on allowing for a good sweat. I'll be back for sure!
