Bill was the most helpful. He guided me into the right cage for my Amazon and provided me with incredible knowledge for purchasing toys and cleaners

I bought a A and E 20” by 20” play top cage in white. First I have to say the instructions on how to assemble were horrible. There were misspellings and not clear pictures of how to put the cage together, I had to disassemble parts when I realized it wasn’t right. There needs to be pictures of the parts and how they go on the cage exactly, it’s an easy fix and ridiculous that they’re not that way, laziness on A and E’s part. It should have taken me half the time to get this fairly small cage together if this was done. The cage came chipped and bent in several different places that I really wonder if it was powder coated at all. This is not good for my bird and an invitation for it to pick at, and I’m sure over time it will rust. Honestly I spent double on a cage that I could have gotten off the internet for half the price and a larger cage as well. I wanted to go with A and E because I thought it would be better quality, not anymore. The cage is a bent up, chipped flimsy piece of junk! What happened to you A and E? You used to have good quality cages. Not anymore! Next time I get a cage it will be from Amazon and it will be shipped a lot faster too. This company has really gotten cheap, not quality like they used to be

Update: received a call from the company last Thursday. Just waiting to receive the touch up paint and I will update.

Had to wait 3 months for my cages. Received them and one is absolutely perfect (thus earning the 3 stars) but the second is missing a huge spot of the powder coat and also has a weird weld where the sodder material is piled up instead of flat and smooth. I emailed the company a week ago and still have received no response at all.
