Bark Ave. is unlike ANY veterinary center I have ever experienced! From the moment you walk in, it truly feels like home. The space is warm, calming, inviting, and SO thoughtfully designed — even down to how good it smells! I’ve had animals for over 20+ years and have been to many veterinary centers across Westchester, NY and New Jersey, and this is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had!!! I genuinely feel like I’ve found my forever Vet!!! ✨

I found Bark Ave. during one of the most stressful moments a pet parent can face — when my cat needed eye removal surgery. I had called soooo many places and felt rushed, dismissed, or left with unanswered questions. From the VERY FIRST phone call with Bark Ave., everything changed. I was met with patience, kindness, and real compassion! They truly wanted to know my pet, and they truly cared about how I was feeling too! 🥹

Angelica even went above and beyond by giving me a virtual walkthrough of the facility beforehand — which meant everything to me and made me feel completely comfortable before ever stepping inside!

Unlike traditional vets where pets disappear into the back, Bark Ave.’s open, glass-and-wood spaces mean animals are NEVER alone. I felt informed, reassured, and supported before, during, and after surgery. The communication was EXCEPTIONAL — truly next-level. Something that could have been terrifying actually felt calm, safe, and manageable.

I also want to mention how transparent, fair, and affordable Bark Ave. was. especially in comparison to a previous vet experience…where there were hidden fees that made an already stressful situation even more overwhelming! Bark Ave. worked with me, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel manageable — which meant the WORLD to me during such an emotional time!

I brought my dog, Chase, in for an appointment with Dr. Crimson, and it was an experience unlike any other. The technicians and reception team were exceptional. They offered Chase a Kong filled with cookies—something no other veterinary hospital has ever offered—and brought him fresh water while we waited. Those small touches alone spoke volumes.
During our appointment, Dr. Crimson took the time to thoroughly discuss Chase’s concerns with a level of detail, compassion, and dedication that truly stood out. The care and attention we received were unmatched, and I left feeling confident knowing Chase has someone as attentive as Dr. Crimson overseeing his health.
Chase genuinely had the best day ever at Bark Ave, and if you’re considering bringing your pet here, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Me and my cat had a great time at Bark Ave. the facility was beautiful and inviting, my cat felt very comfortable. The staff was amazing and poured attention onto my little guy ensuring a great initial visit. We will absolutely be going back.

I can't say enough good things about Bark Ave Veterinary Service. When I shared with Angelica that my dog Smudge suffers from anxiety, she made sure to pass that along to Sarah and Christina. They welcomed Smudge with open arms and went out of their way to make him feel at ease.
Although Smudge was initially resistant during his blood draw, the staff showed incredible patience and care. They comforted him, gave him space to walk around and decompress, and never rushed the process. Thanks to their thoughtful approach, they were able to successfully draw his blood and provide the necessary care.
Our other dog, Lucy, was treated with the same level of love and attention. Dr. Crimson not only ensured both dogs were comfortable throughout their visit but also took the time to clearly explain every step of their care. She provided us with a thorough plan of action and made sure all our questions were answered.
Their membership plan is excellent and made the most sense for our needs. We're so grateful to have found Bark Ave and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care.
