Receptionist was very nice and welcoming.
The other staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and inviting.
My dad has been in Complete Care 2 East Wing for several months now. The care he has been receiving from the staff is great. Of special note, the care he has been getting from his CNA Selemawit Abrehe has been outstanding. The amount of care and dedication she has been giving to him is amazing and has exceeded my expectations.
I’m always impressed at the continued cleanliness of this facility.
All of the attendants and nurses are very professional and friendly.
I can’t imagine my mother in any other place for her ongoing care.
When I check her room today, it looked so clean and tidy…. Like a well-serviced room in a nice Hotel!
My 93 year-old Aunt is currently a resident and so far, it’s 5 stars. From the aides and nurses to the PT/OTs and all the staff, she’s getting the best care following a hospital say. She is satisfied with the care and we are pleased with her progress toward regaining her strength.
