My mother was recently a rehab patient for 2 weeks. As much as she hated being in rehab she could not say enough nice things about everyone at Waterview. She said she rarely had to call for assistance for anything because they were constantly in her room making sure she was ok and had everything she needed. The facility is also being extra cautious right now due to COVID-19. With all of the safety measures in place we felt confident that she would be safe. She told me several times how great the physical therapists were. She went in there not being able to walk at all after a fracture and within a few days she was moving around and walking on her own. The administrator was very helpful and addressed any questions and/or concerns that we had immediately.

My grandmother was at the facility for a few weeks after suffering a reaction to chemo meds. She went in unable to walk and by the time she was done with rehab she was able to get around with a walker. Before going to the hospital she was completely able to do everything herself and get around on her own. At discharge with services set up at home she fully recovered. I am truly grateful as it helped her finish her chemo since she had strength again.

My mother is in the memory care unit here. The transition was challening for her but the staff was warm & accepting of her needs. They helped ease into the adjustment. They treat each patient with care & respect, from what I have witnessed. She has been included in events / activities to keep her socialized because they know she loves being involved.
Overall, I think the staff is truly outstanding - the nurses, aides & even the kitchen seem to approach each patient with dignity which gives me peace of mind.
