Complete Care at Wayne Hills

My Mom was a resident until she passed. During her stay she made wonderful friendships with residents as well as staff members. The recreation team kept her days full and entertaining which wasn't always easy since she had dementia. When her dementia worsened she was cared for with kindness and dignity. I like to express my gratitude to staff as well as residents for their compassion and dedication to my Mom. Thankyou!

I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone at Complete Care at Wayne Hills for the tender care you provide to your residents. As one of your hospice partners, Serenity Hospice is privileged to work alongside you at the most delicate time in a resident's life. The administrator, Ralph, always checks in on every resident. The nursing leadership, with Sandy, Talia and Kim, work very hard to make sure all the residents' needs are met. Julia is the most compassionate social worker! Joanna provides great fun in the Activities Department. Debbie at the front desk is always so pleasant and efficient. Thank you all for the devoted care you provide every single day.

Some of the staff here truly feel like family. Joan is a wonderful aide who helps me with my lottery tickets and takes care of my mail. I trust her and appreciate her very much. Elizabeth is another incredible aid here who always makes sure I’m comfortable. She helps me with meals, changes me whenever I need, and helps me shave. Jessica and her daughter constantly help me as well. I would recommend others to join our amazing family here at Complete Care!
