I can’t say enough positive things about Tara! She came early on my breastfeeding journey to help and give me some tips. After two visits, I felt I was on my own. My daughter started cluster feeding, and I felt overwhelmed and as though I was doing something wrong. Desperate I texted Tara asked for help, and she came to my rescue be next day! She helped assure I wasn’t doing anything wrong, and this was normal. She answered all my questions and calmed me down. Tara is prompt, professional and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

My baby has been breast feeding consistently now for almost a week and it feels like the weight of the world is off my shoulders, she truly helped our family!

Tara has been an incredible support throughout my breastfeeding journey. She is highly knowledgeable, calm, non-judgmental, and easy to talk to. Her home visits (especially the weighed feeds) were incredibly reassuring in the early days after coming home from the hospital.
She helped me navigate feeding challenges after my daughter’s tongue and lip tie procedure. She even guided my husband with bottle feeding which helped him feel more confident. Tara was always available by text when I had questions. We even had a virtual call when I needed some extra support.
Her breastfeeding support group in Wayne is a great resource. Tara also connected me with another local mom which was so thoughtful.
I’m so grateful my friend connected me with Tara. Her expertise and care made me feel truly supported and more confident throughout my breastfeeding and postpartum journey. I would highly recommend her to any new parent looking for lactation support.

I had the best experience with Tara. She was able to answer our many many questions and guide us through transitioning our newborn off of formula after a short stint in the NICU to exclusively breastfeeding. She is clearly knowledgeable and an expert in her practice. And as an added bonus, she is kind, patient, personable, and so easy to talk to. We would call her again in a heartbeat.
