I came in for my first workout class a few weeks ago and loved it. The staff has been incredibly welcoming, and the workouts are both fun and energizing. I’ve been coming back regularly and can already feel a real difference in my energy levels — and I’ve even lost some weight. Highly recommend!
I started training with Decker after shoulder surgery and it has been an incredible experience. He takes the time to truly understand where you are in recovery and builds workouts that are both safe and effective. I have made great progress and feel stronger every week. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for training that his highly tailored that focuses on strength training and injury prevention.
I’ve been a member here for over a year, and it’s been a rewarding experience. I started with personal training sessions, which were incredibly valuable for learning proper form, building a foundation, and understanding different types of workouts. Now I attend the group classes, and I love them just as much — they still teach me new things, but they also bring a great social aspect.
The camaraderie here is also great. The other members are friendly and supportive, and the trainers — Mike, Decker, and Chris — are all extremely knowledgeable and motivating. They know how to challenge you while making sure you’re doing things safely and effectively.
Since joining, I’ve noticed real improvements in both my strength and stamina. I look forward to the classes, not just for the workout, but for the community that comes with it. If you’re new to the gym or looking to take your fitness further, I can’t recommend this place enough.
