Great experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Silverman took time to answer all my questions and explain thoroughly the problems I was experiencing. Highly recommend.

Doctor is great. Spends as much time as needed talking with you explains everything well. We've been going for a few years and always find the staff doing the testing are always unpleasant and angry. But as long as doctors are good guess it doesnt matter. Just don't understand why they all seem that way. Job requirements? Definitely a mood killer...

Terrible experience today. Waited for 30 minutes in the exam room before the doc came in. The doc saw a patient who came after me. That’s all okay, least the front desk can do is to apologize. Missed a later pm appointment because of the delay and after all that, I was asked to schedule a follow up . This place was on convenient for me from Livingston and I wanted to make this my permanent eye doc but they don’t feel welcoming at all.

While the staff is really nice and I like Doctor Gunzberg, the waiting is crazy. I had a 1015am appointment and I am sitting in the exam room (post dialation) at 1136am still waiting to be seen.
If you make an appointment here, clear your entire morning or afternoon. And bring a book.

I recently saw Dr. Richard for some follow up care after a procedure he performed last year. He is very patient, confident and reassuring, and takes the time to explain exactly what he will be doing and what the expectations are. Kudos also to his assistant Barbara.

Always a pleasure to work with this practice. They are responsive to any issues. For example, I requested a same day appointment to deal with an issue and I was accommodated without any question/issue. I was told I would to wait a bit since they were squeezing me in , but I so surprised and grateful to be seen relatively quickly. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Silverman for quite a few years and he is the best. He performed both of my cataract surgeries and has managed other issues I have had throughout the years with a reassuring and calm demeanor. I am a new patient of Dr. Richard and I beyond pleased with his patience, confidence and down to earth nature. He took the time to explain the procedure and took the time to answer my questions. I was never rushed and he was also kind enough to tell me I could call him at any time should any problems arise. The office staff should also be commended. Very professional, friendly and kind. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends.
