Ordered a pizza and a calzone; both were made wrong as always. The calzone was stuffed with cheesesteak filling - seriously , burnt, and tasted awful. The pizza was paper-thin, burnt, and completely tasteless. It felt like corners were being cut—possibly skimping on dough or flour—to save money. Overall, poor quality and not worth it.
Owner’s attitude is consistently pathetic and dismissive, which only makes the poor food quality worse.
I have visited their location and catered countless times. Amazing middle eastern and Mediterranean dishes that are very flavorful and homemade. Very accommodating even with last minute orders. We will continue to order for Hamdy and his team!
AssalamuAlaikum and may Allah bless you, the food here is great. But I have constructive feedback - don’t respond to fire with fire when others are mean or rude in the comments section. Instead, forgive them and make du’a for them and have mercy on them. And Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) says in the Qur’an, “The servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk on the earth humbly, and when the foolish address them (by insulting them), they only respond with peace.” [Qur’an 25:63]
“Good and evil cannot be equal. Respond to evil with what is best, then the one you are in a feud with will be like a close friend. But this cannot be attained except by those who are patient and who are truly fortunate.” [Qur’an 41:34]
“The merciful are shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to all on the earth, and you will be shown mercy from Who is in authority of the heavens.”
Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also said “the strong man is not the one who is the good wrestler, the strong man is the one who suppresses his anger.” [Musnad Ahmad]
No excuse for any of us to ever get angry at someone unless it’s for the sake of Allah, but never for our own sake.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also said - “No servant is wronged, and he withholds retaliation for the sake of Allah Almighty, but that Allah will strengthen him with His support.” [Musnad Ahmad 9411]
