De’s is my go-to jeweler, no question! They are respectful & kind & knowledgeable. I’ve have several repairs on vintage silver pieces for very reasonable prices. It’s always a nice experience to stop in. Feel grateful & lucky & their location is close to me!
Really bad decision bringing my jewelry here to be repaired. Expensive to say the least. Never did anyone take the time to discuss with me How my ring looks. It had a subtle tarnish/patina in between the basket weave design on the sides. Apparently they outsource the repair work on certain things. So when I got my ring back the patina had be polished away. They attempted to fix that mistake. And did a very poor job .sloppy like a child painting his first painting. Attempted to polish off some of it to just make it look even worse. I just payed and left.would not recommend this place for jewelry repair
My fiancé and I went into De’s to design an engagement ring. Dennis was so informative, sat with us and gave us all types of options and never pushed for one or the other. We felt informed about all the options and the end result was absolutely beautiful. This is a great place to go for any jewelry needs!! The costumer service is outstanding!!
Outstanding customer service. Dennis was truly a pleasure to work with and had fantastic knowledge of the business. its nice to know there are still business' out there that take the time to know their customers and make them feel like they are the only ones there. Every transaction with this store has been flawless. From the clock to the ring. My friends did not steer me wrong. You all went above and beyond.
