I came into Hudson Valley Diamonds the first time a few weeks ago after being disappointed by 2 other jewelers. I wanted a different setting for my engagement ring, so I decided to give it one more try. When I walked in, the owner Dave was so nice and really listened to what I wanted. He found a setting that fit my diamonds perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. His expertise really showed. The actual replacement was quick and I am so happy with the result. My ring is gorgeous! I traveled all the way from Boston to purchase my fiancee's engagement ring and our wedding bands from Dave. This was my first time buying diamonds and Dave was extremely patient and thorough with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Buying diamonds can be extremely stressful but Dave made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. I never felt pressured to make a decision and always felt that I was being treated fairly and honestly. I've recommended Dave to a number of my friends and would give him 6 starts if I could! Definitely worth the trip if you're in the market.
