The new front desk staff are much nicer and friendlier. I am very pleased and happy to return for my office visits.
Bad customer service. The front desk lady with blond short curly hair and glasses. With a bad attitude and keep telling me to sit on the chair. Very rude.
I cannot post a review about this practice since the merger because they no longer accept my insurance, but I would like to say that my experience with Dr. Kim over the last three years has been lifesaving. He is a doctor that CARES. His knowledge and expertise in his field is beyond outstanding. Even after the merger, he has worked with my other specialists, helping me to find another expert in immunology to aid in my continued path for better health and conquer my upcoming surgeries. Five stars for Dr. Kim. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Medford office staff is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate they do their job with the utmost professionalism. Their front desk staff is by far the best. No question goes unanswered and you will leave with a diagnosis and treatment plan that works. Dr. Kim and NP Melanie are amazing and have honestly given me my life back by keeping my condition managed and I can’t thank them enough. Nurses Jill and Hope are wonderful at navigating your benefits and ensuring all prior authorizations are obtained and your refills are handled timely. I’ll never go elsewhere!
