Jonathan Motorcars

I recently purchased the Cobra of my dreams from Jonathan Motorcars. I'm located in Arizona and was a bit concerned about buying an out of state vehicle, but I did my research and Jonathan Motorcars just has the best selection of Cobras on the market. The owner, Andy, made the process incredibly smooth and answered all my questions; but, that's not the reason for my post. Often times a company will talk about customer service, but do they really practice what they preach? In the case of Jonathan Motorcars, the answer is YES!!!! When my Cobra arrived, I only got to drive it a little bit before I had an issue with the car. At first I thought maybe I did something wrong because I bought the car without seeing it or test driving it in person. I called Andy and put him on speaker phone so he could hear what was happening with the car. He brought a mechanic on the line and we did a couple of quick tests over the phone. Nothing was working. Andy said, "give me a couple of minutes to make some calls." That afternoon, I had three mechanics in my driveway looking at my car. While they could not fix the issue right then and there, they had a covered trailer and towed my car to their speed shop. Turns out it was a distributor that went bad. It's a machine. Things break. Stuff happens. I get it. I got the car back a few days later and it is running like a champ. I spent a lot of money for this car, and to have it break down right after it was delivered was sickening. Nevertheless, Andy took it very seriously and got right on things to make it right. A BIG KUDOS to Andy and Jon of Jonathan Motorcars as well as Curtis, Ryan, Eric and the rest of the team at Crown Racing/Customs for coming to the rescue and fixing my car in such a timely manner. For me, I feel like I've made new lifelong friends. Jonathan Motorcars does practice what they preach. Their customer service and dedication to their customers is second to none. They have a customer for life.

I purchased a beautiful Ford F150 Black Ops truck from Jonathan Motors and it was an awesome experience. This was my first online car buying experience and it was very easy working with Andy and Jonathon. They were very upfront with the pricing and details of the truck I was buying. It was much easier dealing with Jonathan Motors than any of the big dealers you walk into.

Since I was a teenager Back in the 70’s I wanted a 1965 Shelby Cobra. Getting a original one was way out of my price range it look pretty hopeless. About 8 months ago I was searching the web and I came across the Backdraft racing car site. I saw the listing for where you could order one to have it built exactly the way you wanted. So I called two places and I wasn’t to empresses with what they offered. I was getting a bit discouraged. So I tried a 3 rd time to a dealer farther away from me and that was Jonathan Motor Cars in New Jersey. Once I talked with Jonathan and his dad. I knew that all the stress I was feeling would be gone with me buying my dream car from them. Jonathan was like my long lost son I never had and after talking with him he ordered the car I wanted. Well I just got the car and it’s has been a amazing experience. Jon have walking me Through the whole process. They have been so professional with the care they show for the whole process has been amazing. It’s been a great experience dealing with Jon and his dad. I want to thank them so very much for making my dream come true. Thank Jon and Andy. 😎

So recently i was involved in an accident(not my fault) that totaled my truck and I was thrust into the current car buying market which is not the best . But fortunately the team over at Jonathan Motorcars was there to help me out and not only did they have a good selection of vehicles they had my dream truck on their lot. I thought it was too good to be true. Their customer service is incredible and they had me in and out in no time. If you are in the area and looking for a new vehicle , stop in.

Jonathan Motorcars was an absolutely awesome experience for me. This review is about two years late but all the more to look back on. I spoke with Josh as my sales rep. about a CLS550 they had on the lot. It should be noted Jonathan does some really high end vehicles, so the item I was looking for was lower tier compared to some of the gorgeous cars they put up for sale but neverless, I had my eye on a CLS550 all through college and when I saw this one on their lot, I knew she was the one LOL. Josh was very kind and always helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andy the owner who was a great dude and met his son as well, I believe named Jonathan (hence the name I believe) who the delivered the car to me.

The entire experience was awesome even though I was nervous because this happened just at the start of the pandemic and I wasn't able to travel down through New York. I lived in MA and Jonathan was in New Jersey. I wasn't willing to make the trip with everything going on, so it would be my first purchase sight unseen. I wish I would have been able to visit and meet the whole team but Jonathan Motorcars was nothing but patient, I never felt rushed and for a small deposit they held the car for me, so I could set up all the finances on my end. We went over everything and they went above and beyond, truck hauled the car halfway up to meet me in Connecticut at a service station. I took a rental to meet up with Jonathan who seemed like a really swell dude! The car was in excellent condition and the only thing I had to replace three months later was the drivers side tire due to internal wear (a ring issue) but I inspected the tires on purchase and agreed with no replacement based on how much tread was present. You may see some picky complaints of detailing and $1-2k book value upcharges for the services Jonathan provides, but trust me...worth every single penny! There is a difference at Jonathan and that's knowing what you're dealing with and what you're searching for. You come to Jonathan for superb and exceptional vehicles, not run-of-the-muck. These guys treat the cars on their lots exceptionally when it comes to detail, they spare no expense and spend a lot of time overhauling these cars into spectacular showroom clean condition.

I have owned my Benz for two years now and I absolutely love my baby! I never get tired of driving this car and it's been the best car I have ever owned. I still smile every time I get in the seat just like, "Awwww ya!" haha. Took it right to Viti on purchase for an official Benz dealership full inspection and they deemed it an absolute steal and very rare find with how good a condition this Benz was in and with such low mileage for what was a 2012 model. The 2012-2014 model was the exact body style I was looking for and Jonathan had just the right options, color and mileage I was looking for! I do all service packages at said mileage and to this day have never had an issue with my Benz. I have no reason to ever doubt Jonathan Motorcars and I'd love to meet the Jonathan team one day. I'm sure in a couple years, if I'm in need of another toy....this will undoubtedly be the first place I check! I always peek at their inventory just for fun! Ask for Josh and know you'll have a great experience at Jonathan Motorcars ^^
