I came in for post Lyme's treatment syndrome for an appt that took weeks and weeks to get to only get belittled and talked down to by the physician who kinda threw up his hands as if
"well what do you want me to do about it?"
He Offered no treatment or symptom management suggestions and only spent five mins with me. Only redeeming factor is the office staff & trainees were very nice.
No follow through and lacks any compassion towards their patients.
Dr Ko and his staff are so friendly and attentive to my issues. Very thorough and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
Dr. Ko and his staff are always nice and friendly. I never saw him angry and without smiling face. Based on my personal experience, he is one of very few doctors available whenever you need him. He seriously listen to you and care about you. I strongly recommend him and his office.
