URA provided excellent care for the 6+ months I was receiving treatment. The staff is quick and efficient, provides excellent communication, and assisted me with all aspects of care including coordinating speciality prescriptions in a timely manner. All of the doctors are wonderful, and no matter who performed my monitoring I felt well cared for. A special thanks for Dr. Cho as treatments worked and I am currently pregnant with my first! I would recommend the URA team to anyone seeking fertility treatments.
Thank you to all the amazing staff at URA. I have a beautiful daughter (first IVF cycle) all thanks to God and them. Dr Cho explained every detail to me like I was a 2 year old. I never felt lost and understood what was happening every step of the way. Was having twins but lost one along the way but I’m grateful. They are compassionate, caring and patient. Every single staff member I encountered was professional.
Amazing staff and office! They’ve run every test possible to help me find an explanation for my infertility. Doctors and nurses have always gone above and beyond with my care, always ensuring my comfort and ease. The nurses were extremely helpful when I needed help with an insurance issue, and helped me resolve it swiftly! I’m not sure where my journey at this practice will lead me, but I’m super grateful my experience has been nothing short of amazing! That alone has given me comfort.
