    Stand Strong is an inspirational personal training experience, that is created to fit your specific needs and expectations. Candace is an amazing, personable and caring trainer, with nutritional plans, protein alternatives and planning ideas to ensure you stay successful in your goals. Candace will guide you to meet and excel your expectations-simply stay in communication and she will tailor the workout to target the areas you are most interested.

    The studio is made to empower your workout, while giving the security you need to simply be you. The studio is a private space, private sessions, bring a friend if you want, great atmosphere, music of your choosing, water readily available and purposefully chosen equipment that are going to target all your problem areas.

    Candace always let's me vent when a good workout brings those pesky thoughts to the surface.

    Overall a great experience. It's been over a year now and I am happy with the results achieved and look forward to what else we will accomplish together!

    I highly recommend Candace as a personal trainer. She takes time to know you and motivates you to reach your goals. She is knowledgeable and makes safety a priority. Every session has been challenging and enjoyable.

    Started with Candice about a year ago when visiting a friend for the summer. With medical condition and chronic pain, we wanted a guide to exercise with these things in mind.
    We got so much more than we bargained for with Candice. Not only did she tailor our workouts to our individuals needs and goals, but she works on lifestyle changes as well. Dietary, Stress Management, and Sleep were my particular vices, so we made a practical plan for increasing protein, improving my adrenal system, coping with stress and improving my sleep habits.
    I saw not only weight loss but felt stronger and had less pain.
    When I left at the end of summer, we continued our sessions virtually. A nice service to take advantage of if you can't meet face to face. Loved that Candice was flexible when given a proper notice, personable, funny, and knowledgeable.

    Going into working with a personal trainer, I didn’t know what to expect. I was nervous because I didn’t want to be overworked and sore after workouts, but Candice assured me that wouldn’t be the case. She is really great at what she does, and above all else, very kind throughout the process.
