I cannot say enough good things about Alexis, she’s been a blessing to our family! My baby had a tongue tie, struggled to gain weight, and spit up A LOT. As a first time mom, I was in a highly emotional state, concerned about my baby and wanting to get her the best care possible.

I looked into 10+ South Jersey IBCLCs and I am SO GRATEFUL to have found Alexis. I reached out via instagram dm and she offered to hop on a call right away. I was impressed with her initiative, expertise and enthusiasm after just one conversation. Especially her background in pediatric dentistry, this really sets her above the rest!

Unfortunately, our insurance denied lactation services, so we decided to pay cash because I was set on working with her after our first conversation. It was the best decision we could’ve made! She also helped us craft a team of medical professionals (pediatric dentist & OT) and everyone was amazing!

Alexis never made us feel rushed or judged. She celebrated every tiny win and now, six months into our breastfeeding journey, I can certainly say Alexis helped us get here. I HIGHLY suggest working with her! Not only is she phenomenal at what she does, she’s also gentle, kind, and compassionate. Truly an amazing person, it was a pleasure working with her!

Alexis was such a saving grace with my second son. She evaluated my latch, helped with the struggles and throws of having a baby with reflux, and severe food allergies. She is supportive, kind, loving and encouraging.
I was determined to continue to breastfeeding with my baby and had to go on an elimination diet. Alexis coached me through the diet and doing what was best for the baby and myself.
She is there for the mom and the baby! I highly recommend her and her services :)

I highly recommend Low Tied! Alexis is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and her guidance during my breastfeeding journey with my tongue tied baby was a life saver for me. As we struggled with feedings, Alexis spotted my baby’s tongue tie from a mile away and guided me through the next steps. Her support meant everything to me during that time and I am so grateful for the help she provided both me and my son!

Alexis is amazing! She helped me identify what was going on with my baby and helped me get the interventions I needed. She is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful providers I have ever had and went out of her way to help us get the results we needed. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made my baby and me feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the very best!

She went above and beyond in every way — not just during appointments, but also through her consistent follow-ups, thoughtful check-ins, and after-hours availability.

Alexis always made herself available to answer questions through texts and calls, even late in the evening when we were feeling uncertain. She gave us honest, compassionate advice that was practical and reassuring, never rushed our sessions, and made sure we left each one feeling confident and supported.

Her knowledge, patience, and kindness made such a difference for us. She helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt empowering and positive. We can’t recommend Alexis enough — she’s truly one of a kind and we’re so thankful for everything she’s done for our family.
