    Long overdue ..I came in to the store last week after a very hectic experience with my last carrier. I was lucky to get my sales representative, Diamond, and what a true gem. She took her time and expertise to take care of my needs, not once giving up whist my previous carrier issue became complicated; even as the process ran past closing hours. I left the store with an activated line, and maybe the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Diamond for your all your Xfinity needs, the care and time taken was exceptional.

    We had a great experience at this store. The staff was amazing! They were so patient and went out of their way to help us. We got one new phone for free and two other phones upgraded for a small cost. Additionally, we will save quite a bit of money monthly!

    Torah W. from the West Orange store is the first Comcast employee I believe genuinely cares about customer service which was a first, despite the fact I have been a Comcast customer for over 10 years. After two separate online chats and a call to Comcast that left me going in circles and unable to speak with a representative, I decided to visit a physical store. I was fortunate to get Tirah to help me. Even though it took her over an hour to resolve my issue, she never gave up or provided a misleading answer. Comcast is lucky to have such an excellent employee.

    I had an excellent experience at Xfinity today while helping my grandmother trade in her old phone and get a new one. Tee, the representative who assisted us, was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, very informative, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step, which really put my grandmother and me at ease. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and pleasant one. We left feeling confident and well taken care of.

    Highly recommend T for anyone who wants exceptional service!
