This family company has great competence in making your home appliances run efficiently! After our general contractor left(was fired), we had a list of high end appliances that needed proper installation including Wolfe, Sub Zero, Miehle, Bosch and also a high end washer and steam dryer. Their team of great people went through the punch list and fixed everything, and at a reasonable price. They stayed with, and fixed even the most difficult time-consuming problems! They even had access to a finish carpenter, who made sure all the cabinets were plumb and painted! Would give six stars if I could! It’s great when you can find such a treasure in your back yard.

Purchased a new propane range; first-rate experience. Worked with Albano's resident chef Jehan who was incredibly helpful - answered everything I could think of and anticipated questions I should have asked... really felt like I was in good hands. The delivery team came right on time with all the right tools and protective equipment to ensure a clean, smooth install - easily made it over delicate stones and around the wood floors and left no trace.

This is probably the retail outfit I would recommend most of any I've reviewed on Google - awesome team all-around. Thank you, Albano.

We recently needed a new propane range and, having identified the exact brand we wanted, stopped by Albano Appliance. First off, they have a really nice showroom and the team there is much more professional than what you might expect compared to your average appliance retailer. (When you're about to spend a small fortune on a new appliance, it's reasonable to expect good service, and Albano did not disappoint in the least.) The ETA they provided for the delivery was spot on and their install team did a clean, thorough job. After a minor operating issue arose with our new range, I learned that they have a dedicated customer care team that did a fantastic job helping to facilitate a service call (which identified an issue with the pressure from our propane tank rather than an issue with the range) so I would highly recommend Albano Appliance without hesitation.
