I have four Wittus stoves and could not be happier, they allow me to heat my house with local, renewable and carbon-neutral wood even during the coldest New York winter times, saving me tons of money in heating costs. The customer service is absolutely outstanding - the entire team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
I had a great experience with Wittus. I have an outdoor fire place that needed repair. I contacted Wittus and they said they did not repair the brand I had and they made an effort to get me in touch with a local company that could help me. They went above and beyond. And even followed up several times with me. This was so nice of the owner. This is rare in today’s world to have a company help you when they are not even doing the work. Wow. Thank you.
What a letdown. A local business in a niche market, minutes from our home. Getting an estimate for a stove project took some time, booking follow up to complete the project was impossible. After many many attempts. It’s as though this small enterprise is not interested in actually doing business. I don’t know what they do instead, but surely it’s not designing and installing stoves. We must have asked 5 times for their “expert” to come by for a thorough analysis. Nothing. Don’t bother visiting, as they won’t bother helping you.
The folks at Wittus have renewed my faith in customer service, quality of product and price. Our stove was delivered yesterday and will soon be in service. It’s a gorgeous and smart addition to our home. Thank you Team Wittus.
Excited to get a gorgeous stove I ordered any time now. Having issues getting in touch with anyone on the phone for delivery updates and the email response is slow. I'm sure I'll adjust my rating once I hear back and receive the order.
