My mother spent 3 weeks here before passing. The facility is clean and well staffed with dedicated receptionists, nurses, aides and social workers. The concierge, Nayeli, and art director was especially kind and helpful.

My recent visit to Cortland Healthcare has been an amazing experience. The medical staff are always available, providing the best care both physically and emotionally. The physical therapy is top-notch. Tawanda and Arianna were helpful and knowledgeable, teaching the exercises necessary for my recovery. The rooms are cleaned, spotlessly every morning with friendly and dedicated employees. All individually prepared meals are delivered on time and with a smile.Many thanks for help and guidance from Nayeli Cabrera, the Director of Concierge and her professionalism with her assistance in getting us settled in and any other needs. There is no way to make these visits "awesome", or even fun or enjoyable. They are inherently depressing. That said, all staff here did what they could, were pleasant, polite, even helpful. the family member was reasonably well taken care of, the place was clean and both odor AND cover up fragrance FREE: That is to say, clean. The residents were being actively engaged throughout the complex at several different activity centers and engaged in rehab activities. Really, what more can you ask for? Thank you. A job well done.

We had the most amazing care want to thank Nayeli Kelly Linette Millie Tawanda Arianna and the staff. They are kind loving and so gracious. My mom came so far with all their help. A million thank you to all at Cortlandt health care.

I was so impressed with this facility. First off the grounds were absolutely beautiful, there were several residents and family members out and about enjoying the grounds and accommodations. The staff from the time I walked in till I left was phenomenal, kind, caring, and helpful. The added security for the residents safety was something I have never experienced before at this type of facility. Beyond the entrance and actually into the residents floors and rooms the service and high expectations were evident in how well kept the staff and facility was. My friend which is a rehab client, and myself are throughly impressed with the kindness and expertise of the staff on duty. Thank you to the staff and management.
