This place is very rough edged. I've had problems with staff lying about what they do until I provided proof and it got escalated the director. They do mean well, just not a professional organization. And the worst is the phones. Listen....

If you are suffering and need help they WILL help you but you very likely will not be able to get in touch with them over the phone. They just don't answer them, the receptionist leaves the desk at every opportunity. It's a small place and everyone wanders around gossiping. I called this place out of sheer desperation after trying to admitted to several hospitals. Showing up to their ER rooms as per their instructions and being turned away because I would not say that I was suicidal. Anyway. I could not get in touch with them, tried over and over. Imagine someone in the dark depths of addiction calling an addiction facility and they just plain don't pick up. I finally called the Mount Kisco location and explained my situation. After ten minutes on hold they got me in touch with someone at this Peekskill location. SO CALL THE MT KISCO NUMBER IF YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH. Don't give up. Mt. Kisco is their headquarters and a much nicer and professional place. Again, CALL MT KISCO and let them help you get through. I did it my first time and a couple of times since then. This place will help you once you can speak with them. Just call HQ.

Been going here 3 years. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. My whole first year I gave dirty drug test every single time with no consequences other the. Being checked on in a compassionate manner. This is the only reason I am clean today. I was able to do it on my own terms. And I have been to dozens of other treatment facility’s and clinics. Not a single one worked. I owe my life to the people as well as my gf who has about three years clean from these people. Addicts don’t need to be in a cage just a hand to hold as we figure out life.

Have been going to Peekskill clinic for over 3 years. You wouldn’t even know it was a methadone clinic from first seeing it or pulling up to it. My counselor is great!!! I’m usually in and out unless I have to see doctor or counselor and still that doesn’t take long.

Ignore the negative reviews on here. The only people that have anything bad to say about this place are the people that are still using drugs & aren't staying clean. This is the only clinic I've ever been to that actually cares about us addicts and truly wants to help us. Christine is a fabulous counselor & Trish and LaTosha are great nurses. If you need help getting off heroin or other opiates, definitely try to come here.
