Mount Sinai Optical

Had a broken nose piece and went to see if I could repair it. Was greeted by two extremely friendly employees who repaired in minutes and best part no charge. I immediately made an appointment for an eye exam! My new optometrist!!

Exceptional service!

Being new to the area and in need of an eye exam I decided to check out Mount Sinai Optical.

Making an appointment was quick and easy, upon my arrival I was greeted by friendly attentive staff and introduced to Dr. Nolan.
My eye exam was very thorough and based on my results my prescription options were discussed, deciding on my next step was left entirely up to me (as it should be).

I opted to update my prescription and found a variety of affordable options to choose from the entire experience was stress free. Everyone was very patient and answered my plethora of questions with expertise.
I'm very happy with my new eyeglasses and glad that my purchases helped to support a wonderful local small business.

Dr Nolan was professional, patient, insightful, and gave great advice concerning my present issues.
The staff were kind and very helpful, picking out what I needed was a breeze.
Overall, communication and service was 5⭐️.

Update: Picked up my new glasses, the lenses and frame were accurate and precise. The clarity of the prescription was excellent. I was very impressed because I have eye issues and am difficult to fit.

I’ve been getting my eye exams and glasses from Mt. Sinai optical for over 15 years. I’ve only had positive experiences. The staff goes out of its way to help customers with insurance questions and tries to help patrons save money wherever possible.
