Top notch customer service. Start to finish. One of the easiest times I have ever had purchasing a car. Adrien is incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy. Couldn’t be more impressed with this dealership and can’t wait to drive my new Grenadier!
Russell and Shane were very helpful as I considered this purchase carefully after a few trips. I was particular on what I wanted in the car and Russell made that happen in ways he didn’t have to do. I already considered Russel a great brand ambassador for INEOS but when 2 days after delivery I had a hiccup with the car he went out of his way to be available and responsive. Then I met Yuksel in Service who similarly heard me out for this unusual problem and crafted a same day solution! Also in a way a typical car dealer would scoff at. They all understand what’s necessary to participate in a new brand and I couldn’t be happier with the car. Now to get it dirty! Thank you guys!
Absolutely love my new Ineos Grenadier — the car drives amazing and feels like it was built for adventure. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

I had a great experience at North Shore Ineos. Which is not something I’m used to saying at a car dealership. I dealt with Shane who made the process smooth and help me find the perfect model for me. He was very professional and honest, & at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase. I originally went in there just to check out the cars and here I am a week or so later with a brand new Grenadier. Everyone there was helpful (Yuri also was a pleasure to deal with) and it was refreshing to experience a no-nonsense dealership that is looking to help. Also, the Grenadier’s are really cool and I can’t wait to take to the beach and the mountains.
