Sand Beach

Amazing place love the atmosphere, sitting at the bar looking over the lake, very relaxing. Service is excellent, especially Jamie the bartender and the local folks are awesome. It's a great stop when our riding our Harley.

Kids love this beach. There is no life guard. Lots of sand and water toys. Roped off at 3 feet and 5 feet. There is a floating dock at the 5 ft mark. You can jump off it but no diving. Bar food available most days. Bar open. Live music on weekends. Picnic tables are available with shade umbrella. Great for families.

The place is lots of fun. Go for a swim. Have a drink. Have some bar food that is delicious. Maybe catch a band. VERY casual. You can wear anything. People are in bathing suits. Smoking is allowed outdoors, I enjoyed a cigar with my bourbon.

The band we saw was The Side F/X band who we have gone to see other places. I got the hot wings, and my wife did as well! I wish I thought of taking a picture but I was too busy eating lol. Part of the reason was I was STARVING because honestly, it took a loooong time to get our food. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame them for that. It is very difficult right now for restaurants, and really any business, to get help. Only one type of sauce for the HUGE wings. Seriously, biggest wings you will find anywhere. And that one sauce is very tasty!

L💜ve it here!!! Been going there since I could walk! Took/take my kids there, and friends. Everyone I know,💖's it there. Peaceful &shady. Like the food,live music on the weekend(in summer),& of course the bar😉!! Everyone friendly,especially Cindy & Pete!
