It’s definitely overdue for me to leave a review I’ve been using sound beach music since the mid 2000s when my daughter started playing flute. I’ve been a hobby guitarist for about 50 years now since I was 12. Not only do I love to play I love guitars. I like to buy and trade new and used all the time and I can tell you if you don’t have a good guitar tech then you just can’t experience the instrument the way it’s meant to be. I started bringing Brian my guitars about 5 years ago to do string changes and set ups and I like to come up with mods for them to. Although I can only do my own string changes and simple set ups I will bring my guitars down for Brian to do his thing. He’s done 2 Mexican strats , 1 American strat a PRs , a custom shop Yamaha acoustic and I just received an new American telecaster that is in desperate need of a set up I will be bringing it down to sound beach music tomorrow. :). And probably will look for a new effect pedal while I am there. To have a store like Sound Beach music in our community is just awesome. A shout out to Brian and his staff.
Thank you

Great bunch of folks, very knowledgeable and technical. You can tell they really care about what they do. Local music stores are where magic happens — where aspiring and established musicians meet, mingle, encourage each other. This shop is a breath of fresh air. I entrusted them with two very important instruments of mine and was not disappointed in the slightest. Moreover, I'm looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much, everyone!
My favorite local LI music store. Every staff member I've spoken with is friendly and knowledgeable - without any of the pretension you might see from staff at other small instrument stores. You can find awesome deals on used guitars. I got a 1999 martin auditorium for 800 dollars that looked brand new. The staff knew the previous owner and assured me that he took great care of it. You just can't find that kind of familarilty at Guitar Center.
The store is small but its jam packed with most gear you'll need: from guitars, orchestra gear, and all school band instruments. Great guitar pedal collection as well.
