My 103 family member recently stayed at St James for 3 months.
She was treated with respect and kindness.
Her medical issues were addressed by experienced nurses, rehab therapists and doctors when necessary. The social activities was a highlight for her.
The team at St James is attentive and knowledgeable and is concerned for the person’s overall health.
The administrative staff was professional and compassionate towards our concerns In particular Cristen Wei listened and offered guidance giving us peace of mind.
The place is clean and pleasant for patients and visitors

My granny has been here for a few months after a fall. The staff is so kind & they take such great care of her from the front desk, to the admin staff, nurses, aides and physical therapists. Granny is able to enjoy the outdoors with beautiful fountain & flowers. She enjoys most of the food and is generally comfortable in her bed & wheelchair. It's clean & beautiful inside. There is a liveliness as you walk through the halls which is significant to mention based on the experience she had at her last facility. I have learned that no matter where your loved ones are staying, you will need to advocate for them every step of the way. However, once we got granny set up, the staff was very attentive.
Her #1 favorite activity at St. James is the music night with Dani. Granny was feeling pretty down when she first came to St. James and then she started going to the "concerts" (as she calls them). She looks forward to it all week & talks about it with her friends & family. It has really lifted her spirit over these past few months and I am so grateful for this special part of her treatment. She will be leaving in 2 weeks and while she's thrilled to go back home, she has mentioned several times how much she is going to miss the community at St. James. I couldn't recommend this rehab enough! The peace of mind our family has just knowing granny is in good hands means more than you could know.
Mom is 92 with Parkinson's Disease and needs extra care and the wonderful people at St James Rehabilitation Center are doing a great job for Mom attending to all her needs in a timely manner. And something that's really important to us is that Mom really loves the food at Saint James Rehabilitation Center. Mom endures and enjoys her physical therapy sessions. She really likes Physical Therapy staff. She said everyone is really nice but thorough. I would recommend Saint James Rehabilitation Center.
The staff at St James Rehab is phenomenal! Everyone from reception, dietary, recreation, SW, Case Mgmt, PT/OT, nursing, nursing assistants are caring, pleasant, professionals who take the time to listen and answer all your questions. I also have to mention an experience we will always remember. My mom had a private showing of her favorite movie in her room! It was set up beautifully giving her room the feel of a movie theater.
