My mom is now living with me and my family. I needed 24 hour care for her because I work full- time. When I called the agency, Dawn was very compassionate and the caregivers are amazing! Each has been the right match for the shift they work. I don’t worry about working and also feel very comfortable in my home.
Always There Home Care in Connecticut provided care for both my parents at the end of their lives. They were supportive of both me and my parents. Caregivers got to know my mother and joked with her so that I got to see her more relaxed and comfortable than she had been in months. They found things for her to do with her advanced dementia like drawing or writing that helped to ground her. They kept me updated on her health status because they cared about her and knew I needed their help to advocate for her best care.
My experience with Always There Home Care was excellent. My wife had an atypical Parkinsonism neurological disease and eventually we needed 24/7 care for her. All of the home health care aides were qualified and took a real interest in my wife's well being; they became part of our family and I still keep in touch with several of them.
I founded Washington Home Care llc in Washington CT late 2019 and I consistently hear positive feedback about owner Regina McNamara and her agency in Plainville, CT
Always there hc provided the care we needed to support my terminally ill mom Jeremy was able to acquire services even with short notices. He was flexible , interested & helpful. We where confusing disorganized & emotional. During this sad time Jeremy brought wonderfully kind & gentle woman to assist mom. They made her laugh & treated mom with respect & dignity. She especially enjoyed the company of Elizabeth. It was a gift & a blessing to have ALWAYS THERE care for mom. With kindest regards. Family of mitsu powers.
