We began working with Tim Byrd in 2022. We initially started with new tile floors in two rooms, a large window replacement and an outside door replacement. All were completed professionally, on time, and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the work.
In 2023 we decided to completely renovate two bathrooms and we hired Byrd again. Once again, the work was completed professionally, on time and exceeded our expectations.
Just this past spring (2025) we decided to tackle our biggest project, a complete kitchen renovation. This included removing walls, one being a load bearing wall, a new 8 ft window, a 9 ft island, rearrangement of new doors, cabinets, appliances, etc, the design of which was created with the help of Tim Byrd and crew. The job was finished within the scheduled timeframe and the kitchen looks better than expected!! The pictures speak for themselves as to the results of the work done by Byrd Contracting.
We plan to use them for possibly one last project on our house soon.

I love our new steam shower master bathroom! We feel like we are in a high end hotel everyday! Byrd's was great to work with. They paid great attention to detail, provided truly professional workmanship, and their pricing came in under many other bidding contractors. It took a little longer than I had hoped but what do I know about how long things should take. I will definitely recommend and use Byrd's contracting again.

I hired Byrd’s to help remodel my house. They started with a quote on the roof. Their pricing was great and they were using quality materials so I gave them a shot. They underpromised and over delivered. They were fast, organized, polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. The dumpster was gone the next day. I then decided to hire them to remodel my kitchen, replace the drop ceilings, refinish my hardwood floors and paint. My home looks amazing and we get so many compliments on the job Tim and his crew did. Anytime I had a question or concern they handled it immediately and professionally. Do yourself a favor. If you’re looking for a contractor, stop looking after you read this and give them a call. It will be the best decision you make I promise!
