The Waterbury office was a great experience from the beginning to the end. The girls at the front desk were very nice and welcoming and helpful. The nurse I believe her name was patty was also very nice, friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Also the doctor who came in was nice too. Definitely recommend going to the Waterbury office. I wish all doctors offices were like this!
At the Concentra location in Waterbury, CT, the front desk staff—especially the woman working, at the front desk, first thing in the morning—she is exceptional. Despite the busy waiting room, she remains consistently kind, helpful, and composed. Her positive attitude and warm professionalism make a tremendous difference. She is truly a standout employee, you are fortunate to have her!
I cannot complain about concentra. I’ve been there for both an injury at work and a work physical. Both times I was treated with respect and everyone was very nice. It can be busy but what medical place isn’t so please have patience when going. Your first visit is always the longest as they need to figure out what happened and decide a plan of care. My experience with the staff and all doctors was amazing. If I could give them 100 stars ⭐️ I would . Thank you for treating me concentra.
Although it was very busy, I was able to get a pre-employment drug screening in an expedient manner (even as an unscheduled walk-in w/no appointment). The staff was very nice and professional. The technician who administered by specimen screening was very nice and helpful.
I had an appointment time to get a physical done for work. The wait wasn’t terribly long and the process was quick. Front office staff were all pleasant as were the nurse and doctor who attended to me. The decor could use a little more cheerfulness but I suppose it’s being kept sterile or bare because of the nature of the care (only employment related issues) given there.
