After leaving the hospital to some huge life changes, the staff of J & L Medical have helped make these changes a bit less stressful. From the office workers, taking my oxygen orders and helping me figure out how many tanks I need when you are still active, to answering my crazy questions. They are professional and personable and have helped me more than they know adjust to this life change.
I met with a J & L employee to pick up a CPAP machine, she was excellent in explaining, fitting, and servicing my machine, along with confirming that I understood everything. She was professional and friendly. I walked away ready to take on this challenge.
The delivery guys are also awesome! I still remember the gentleman that met me at my home when returning home from the hospital, he was personable and professional. He explained everything and made sure I had everything I needed. I look forward to deliveries. They are upbeat and friendly. They take care when coming in your home and make sure tanks are placed where you need them to be.
I am thankful to have the entire team of J & L Medical as my provider. I could not have handled this huge change in my world without them.
J&L medical services are very nice and professional setup. Today, I had a visit at their Fairfield CT office.
I feel very honored to write something about Ms. Lindsay Nelson who is the respiratory therapist there. Lindsay is a very pleasant and a helpful person. I had an ongoing issue for quite some time. J&L have gone above and beyond with their service, from answering questions about deliveries, equipment, or mishaps. Always friendly and informative. Whether its the office or delivery personnel, we have never had a problem. Always on time. I highly recommend this company!
