Can't say enough positive things about my experience at Forest River RV in Berlin, NJ. I'll admit I had reservations after reading some unflattering reviews, especially as a first time RV buyer, but decided to chance it anyway, because my wife and I had found an RV on their website that ticked all of our boxes. We set an appointment online and from that point on, had only the most attentive and professional engagement with the crew there. Ben, our amazing sales associate, showed us a number of models on the lot, including the one we had our eye on. He gave honest input on the pros and cons of each and even broke our deadlock on which model to go with (stealing that Toyota analogy, Ben!). We ended up getting the deal we wanted on the unit we wanted. No hassles. No hard sell. No upsell. The least negotiating I've ever done on a vehicle purchase. From top to bottom, the team at Forest River have been gracious and professional and shown me that they aren't satisfied with just selling me this RV. They want me back for the next one and the one after that, as well. Thank you, Ben, Dan and Tom!

I researched for over a year before I started talking to dealerships. After talking with several dealerships and getting told to just come and look at their inventory or I told them what I was looking for and not getting any call backs. I expanded my search area for dealerships and found this one. When I first called they were great on the phone and sent me to Bob Carr after a couple questions. I spoke with Bob several times and went to look at their inventory. Very nice selection but I wanted a little something bigger. After speaking with Bob most of my questions and concerns were answered and I changed up some of the things I thought I wanted. Bob went above and beyond by going into their system and finding me more of what I liked with their network of dealerships. He found me and Rosie the Doberman the perfect one for us to travel the US in. I looked at the 2025 Georgetown7 36k7 series and loved it. They shipped it in from NY, did the inspection and 3 hours going over everything and answering any questions I had. Since the purchase I have found a few minor things that I fixed. I had only 1 service call I needed them for and Connor was absolutely great with getting me in and the RV serviced and back to me. He has also helped me get through a few little things over the phone. I would recommend this shop and Bob Carr for any purchase of a RV and would highly recommend having the service done here. I had a great experience with Camping World in Berlin. Brian Rea helped me acquire a 2025 Wildwood 32 Veranda in August. The trailer is everything I wanted and more! Everyone was professional and engaging- Connor, Zach and Daniel, all made my first trailer purchase a breeze. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV!

We were initially drawn to the No Boundaries 18.2 trailer at Forest River in Berlin, NJ, and decided to place an order. However, after years of research, we soon realized that the original trailer was not the right fit for our vehicle. As we processed our disappointment about not moving forward with that trailer, we continued to explore the lot and discovered that we actually needed a smaller model.

Our technicians, Joel and Chris, explained every system in detail, including the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the slide-out operation. This wasn’t just a quick overview; they took their time to answer all of our questions, making us feel completely comfortable and confident before we left. They also explained the process of hooking up the hitch and sway bars. We truly appreciated the exceptional service from the entire team, especially from the outstanding Service Manager, Rob.

After choosing our trailer, the finance team, led by Zach, made the financing process straightforward. Zach clearly explained all of our options and assisted us in finding the right financing and warranty package that fit our budget. We appreciated the transparency, as there were no hidden fees or last-minute charges.

The support we received didn’t end when we left the lot. A few days after our purchase, Dan called to check in and see how everything was going. We shared that we had spent a few days at a campsite and were in love with the trailer.
