They came promptly when I called because of bleeding after surgery. The three young men, Ray, Joe and Shomae couldn’t have been more efficient and empathetic. They were so nice and reassuring because I was nervous and very tired since we’d been up since 2:30 am for a 7:00 am surgery on ruptured hamstring. Highly recommend this volunteer service just wonderful!
Hatzolah Ambulance Service is truly exceptional. I experienced their outstanding care firsthand when I made a late-night call, feeling overwhelmed and in tears about my mother's health. From the moment I dialed in, I was met with empathy and professionalism that immediately eased my anxiety.
Their response time was remarkable; they arrived quickly, well-prepared, and ready to provide critical assistance. The team showed not only expertise in handling my mother's medical needs but also a profound level of compassion towards me. They took the time to reassure me, explaining every step they were taking and ensuring I felt supported throughout the ordeal.

Fastest response time. These guys were amazing and very thorough when they got to me. Took me to the hospital after performing several tests and determining that would be the logical next step. We arrived at the hospital in no time and they were still very professional and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
